Its depths, filled with plants and life, hide both marvellous and dangerous secrets, with many an expedition entering its heart to seek new species and plants, for the sake of science and adventure. The Great Forest is and will probably continue to be the oldest and largest forest in Chima. Its borders, into which a few lumbering operations and towns cut, trying to sap into the Forest's potential, are more well-known. Many people have it involved into one of their hobbies and activities. Several streams cross it, feeding the plants and animals in it, and many Chimeans like to go for a swim, or fish in them.
